Delete in the app
Open Speedex Staff while signed in. Go to Account (person icon). Tap Delete account. Confirm. This immediately signs you out and closes the login.
Delete without the app
Email info@speedex.com from your Speedex work email with the subject “Delete my Speedex account”. Include your full name and that you want the staff login removed.
We complete account deletion requests within 30 days. Most in-app deletions take effect immediately.
What we delete
Your name, work email, phone number, password, and ability to sign in are removed or replaced with anonymous placeholders so the login can never be reused.
What we may keep
Parcel, delivery, customs, and payment records that the business must keep. Those records no longer show your personal contact details after deletion.
If you are the last remaining administrator of a Speedex workspace, deletion must be handled by Speedex operations so the company is not locked out.
