The service
Speedex Staff lets authorised Speedex staff record parcels, load containers, scan labels, and confirm deliveries. What you see depends on your role. Access is provided as part of your work for Speedex Carriers Ltd, not as a public consumer service.
Your account
You must keep your login details confidential and use only the account issued to you. You must tell a manager if you think someone else has used your account.
Speedex may suspend or close access if you leave the organisation, misuse the app, or if we need to protect customers or the service.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for genuine Speedex deliveries. Do not scan, photograph, or store information that is not part of your assignment.
Proof-of-delivery photos should show the parcel and delivery evidence. Do not capture bystanders or private interiors beyond what is needed to confirm the drop-off.
Do not attempt to access other agents’ work, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.
Content and records
Delivery notes and photographs you submit become part of Speedex operational records. You grant Speedex a licence to use them to complete, prove, and administer the delivery.
Availability
We aim to keep the app available during delivery hours, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Network coverage, device condition, and maintenance can affect the service.
Liability
The app is provided for work use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Account deletion
You may delete your account using the in-app flow or the Account deletion page. Deletion ends your access. Operational shipment records may remain in anonymised form.
Changes and contact
